Wellbeing Services County of Päijät-Häme selects Netum for data warehousing expert services
Netum and the Wellbeing Services County of Päijät-Häme have signed an agreement on expert services for data warehousing. The procurement covers the development of knowledge management, data warehouse solutions and the knowledge base, as well as the related expert support services.
At Päijät-Häme Wellbeing Services County, information management has been developed systematically over several years, and its maturity has increased significantly. The organisation already has in-house expertise in the areas covered by the procurement, but complementary expert support is needed, particularly for development and maintenance tasks. In addition, support is sought to enable flexible resourcing as needed.
Päijät-Häme Wellbeing Services County is responsible for organising social welfare, healthcare and rescue services for residents in the region. The wellbeing services county operates across ten municipalities: Asikkala, Hartola, Heinola, Hollola, Iitti, Kärkölä, Lahti, Orimattila, Padasjoki and Sysmä. The region has a population of approximately 205,200.

The estimated total value of the procurement for the contract period is approximately EUR 2.4 million. The agreement period is for 24 months, after which the agreement is valid until further notice. The tendering process was organised as a competitive tendering process exceeding the EU threshold value in accordance with section 26 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016).
