PUUILO PLC, STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE, 21 September 2023 at 10.30 a.m. EEST

Puuilo Plc (the "Company") has on 20 September 2023 received a notification in accordance with the Chapter 9, Sections 6 and 7 of the Finnish Securities Market Act from Ampfield Management L.P. ("Ampfield"). According to the notification, Ampfield’s indirect holdings in the Company’s shares and votes has increased above the 10% threshold on 20 September 2023 and is now 10.11%.
