ROBIT PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 22 DECEMBER 2025 AT 3.00 P.M. EET
ROBIT PLC GRANTS OWN SHARES FOR BOARD’S ANNUAL COMPENSATION
At its meeting on 22nd December 2025, the Board of Directors of Robit Plc decided to grant in total 80 769 shares to its Board of Directors as the annual compensation for the year 2025. The grant is based on the authorization given to the Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting on 8th April 2025. The total value of the granted shares based on the closing price on 16th December 2025 (EUR 1.04) is EUR 84 000.
The share compensation is granted with the shares, which are already in the assets of Robit Plc, so the total amount of shares does not change. The total amount of shares in Robit Plc’s assets before the release is approximately 118 359 shares equaling 0.6 percent of the total amount of the company’s shares and after the release the total amount of shares is approximately 37 590 equaling 0.2 percent of the total amount of the company’s shares.
The shares granted will be paid by 31st of December 2025.
