Solar Foods Oyj: Subscription of shares with option rights 2020A and 2020B

Based on Solar Foods Oyj’s (the "Company") stock option plan 2020A 11,000 and stock option plan 2020B 25,000, altogether 36,000 new shares of the Company have been subscribed. As a result of the share subscriptions approved but the Company’s board of directors today, the number of shares in the Company will increase from 24,605,049 shares to 24,641,049 shares after the new shares have been registered with the Trade Register. The new shares correspond to approximately 0.1 percent of the Company's shares after registration.

The subscription prices of the shares, which was EUR 0.2051 per share under the stock option plan 2020A and EUR 2.74994, per share under stock option plan 2020B totaling to EUR 71,004.60, are recorded in their entirety in the Company's fund for invested unrestricted equity.

The new shares will be registered in the Trade Register and applied for trading on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland marketplace maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki approximately by 31 October 2024. The new shares will establish shareholder rights starting from the registration date.
