Schur Finance A/S, a related party of Board member Johan Schur, purchased on Friday 21 August 2026 a total of 31,500 SPG shares, ISIN DK0061027356, at a share price of DKK 485.0000, corresponding to DKK 15,277,500.00.

Ulstrup Invest ApS, a related party of Executive Vice President Søren Ulstrup, sold on Friday 21 August 2026 a total of 31,500 SPG shares, ISIN DK0061027356, at a share price of DKK 485.0000, corresponding to DKK 15,277,500.00.
