The Annual General Meeting of Toivo Group Plc (the “Company” and “Toivo”) was held on 10 April 2025 in Espoo, Finland.
The Company’s Board of Directors held its organizing meeting after the Annual General Meeting on 10 April 2025. In the organizing meeting, the Board of Directors elected the Chair of the Board. Asko Myllymäki was elected as the Chair of the Board of Directors.
