Toivo Group Plc (”Toivo”) has signed a contract for a regional construction project in Helsinki. The value of the project is approximately 3,6 million euros. The development contains 10 owner-occupied homes, and will be located in a high-demand area in Töyrynummi, Helsinki.
Half of the apartments have been reserved and construction will begin immediately.
”Family homes with private yards, built in prime locations, are currently seeing a strong increase in demand. It is great to be able to meet that demand with this project”, tells Vili Valajärvi, Toivo’s Project Developer on the project.
