Toivo Group Plc (”Toivo”) has signed a contract for a regional construction project in Helsinki. The value of the project is approximately 6 million euros. The development contains 15 two-story terraced apartments in a central location in Oulunkylä, Helsinki. The homes will be brought to market during April and reservations for the apartments will begin in the coming weeks.

We believe that the prime location in Oulunkylä in Helsinki, the project being a very popular terraced housing project, and reasonable pricing will make these apartments a highly desirable option in the housing market. We have invested in a high-quality interior design concept where every detail had been carefully considered. These homes are perfect for families with children, as well as couples. Construction will begin in the fall of 025, and the homes are expected to be completed in the spring-summer of 2026.” tells Vili Valajärvi, Toivo’s Project Developer on the project.
