Toivo Group Plc (”Toivo”) has started an approximately EUR 11 million construction project in Oulunkylä, Helsinki. The project is being implemented as a joint project with Toivo’s partner, Weston Group (“Weston”). The property will comprise a total of 33 apartments and is a concrete-structured apartment building with an Energy Class A rating.
“The collaboration with Toivo’s professionals has proceeded well. I am very pleased, that we were able to develop apartments that have achieved great sales success in this challenging market”, says Olli Höytö from Weston.
”The starting point for the project was to design apartments that respond to real demand: functional floor plans, good location with access to everyday services, and a price level that is accessible to a wide buyer base. We are satisfied with how well we have succeeded in combining these objectives”, tells Urho Myllymäki, Business Director at Toivo.
The project will be completed and handed over to residents in early 2027.
