Toivo Group Plc (”Company” or “Toivo”) reinforces the organization through appointments and new recruitments to support the growth and development of the company. The company has appointed the following people to their new roles:

Urho Myllymäki has been appointed as Toivo Group Plc’s deputy CEO, responsible for the operational management of property development and construction.

Markus Pulkkinen has been appointed as the CEO of Toivo Projektinhallinta Oy, the subsidiary responsible for Toivo’s construction operations.

Ville Välkkilä has been appointed as Production Director.

Vili Valajärvi has been appointed as Project Developer. His focus will be on terraced and semi-detached housing projects.

Additionally, 5 people have been recruited for Site Manager and Foreman positions earlier in 2025.

Ville Lampela has been appointed Construction Manager, responsible for Toivo’s terraced and semi-detached housing projects.

"It’s great to continue working in this organization in a new role. My goal is to ensure that our production supports the company’s strategy and serves our customers in the best possible way", says Ville Välkkilä.
