UB Corporate Finance and Clairfield International announce an advisory partnership
UB Corporate Finance Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of United Bankers Plc providing capital markets services, has partnered with Clairfield International, a global corporate finance partnership. The partnership strengthens the companies' commitment to international growth and produces high-quality services tailored to customer needs.
Clairfield International advises entrepreneurs, multinational corporations and financial investors on M&A and financing solutions. The company is particularly strong in international corporate transactions through more than 30 country teams worldwide. Over the past five years, Clairfield has completed 780 transactions with a total value of EUR 30 billion.
The Finnish M&A market is showing a clear recovery after a few quieter years. UB Corporate Finance sees growth especially in cross-border transactions as companies look for new strategic growth and consolidation opportunities. UB Corporate Finance continues to provide high-quality capital markets services to domestic companies, but is now strengthening its focus on international services through a wider global network. In addition, UB Corporate Finance provides exclusive services to Clairfield's other partners in their transactions in Finland.
