United Bankers moves up to Nasdaq Helsinki's Mid Cap segment
United Bankers Plc will move up to the Mid Cap segment of Nasdaq Helsinki as of 1 January 2025.
The change is a result of Nasdaq’s annual review of the average market capitalizations of companies in the Nordic stock exchanges. The Mid Cap segment includes companies with a market capitalization between 150 million and 1 billion euros. The review was based on the average market capitalizations for November 2024.
The market capitalization classification will increase United Bankers' visibility in the Nordic stock markets. "At the end of November, it marked 10 years since United Bankers' listing. Our company transferred from the First North marketplace to the Main Market in 2020. Over the past ten years, we have successfully implemented our strategy and managed to establish United Bankers as one of the leading asset managers in alternative investments in the Nordic region. The stable growth we have achieved now elevates our company to the Mid Cap category. This means a lot to us, and I believe it will also increase investor interest in our company.
