United Bankers Plc’s Annual Report and Remuneration Report for 2025, and the updated Remuneration Policy, have been published
United Bankers Plc’s Annual Report, Corporate Governance Statement, and Remuneration Report for 2025 have been published in Finnish and English on the company’s website unitedbankers.fi and as separate PDF versions attached to this stock exchange release. The updated Remuneration Policy has also been published today and is attached to this release as a PDF version. The Annual Report consists of the Board of Directors’ Report, the Auditor’s Report, and the Financial Statements for 2025.
United Bankers publishes its Annual Report in Finnish as an XHTML file in compliance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In accordance with the ESEF requirements, the primary calculations and the notes of the consolidated financial statements are labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm Oy Tuokko Ltd has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on United Bankers' ESEF financial statements in Finnish. The ESEF financial statements are available in the zip file attached to this release.
