WindowMaster International A/S wins order for SHEV solution in 11 storage community building in Copenhagen

WindowMaster has won a contract to deliver smoke ventilation for a new residential and community development in the Copenhagen area. The order covers products and services for a SHEV system, reinforcing WindowMaster's role as a trusted supplier of heat and smoke ventilation solutions in major urban developments.
The development comprises a community building of approximately 2,500 m², a daycare institution of around 2,000 m² including play facilities, and 95 residential units across roughly 7,600 m² in an 11-story building. WindowMaster will deliver Fieger louvre windows and FlexiSmoke™ smoke control panels, along with CE marking, commissioning, and third-party approval, to secure a smoke-free escape staircase that ensures safe evacuation of residents in the event of fire.
The project demonstrates WindowMaster's ability to deliver complete, certified SHEV systems in large-scale residential developments. Strict regulatory requirements in this segment demand fully integrated, approved solutions, reinforcing the company's position as a preferred partner for fire-critical installations in dense urban housing.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
