Aqua Bio Technology ASA (ABT) has today signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Cosmed Beauty AS (Cosmed). The agreement grants Cosmed exclusive distribution rights for Norway for the certified organic skincare line Moana Skincare. ABT has previously announced its acquisition of all rights to Moana Skincare.
The initial term of the agreement is three years. Cosmed has shown continuous growth in the market and has established a distribution model that covers about approx. 900 stores.
