Aqua Bio Technology ASA (ABT) has entered into an distribution agreement with Cover Brands AS (Cover Brands) for Seidr and Seidr clinique and development of private label products for the Nordic market.
Cover Brands, based in Oslo and Kristiansand, was established in 2006 and is a privately owned distribution and brand management company in the beauty industry. Cover Brands was ahead of its time and won several awards for its innovativeness and business idea. Cover Brands received the Gazelle Award in 2013 and 2014, “Folkets Nettfavoritt 2017” (SMB), as well as various prestigious awards from magazines and cosmetics experts. Today, they work closely with several of the Norway's biggest influencers to keep customers and visitors up to date on what the biggest profiles are doing, and that the profiles come with tips and new exciting products that they have helped produce. In addition Cover Brands is the general partner of the festival Palmesus.

Seidr and Seidr clinique currently consists of a portfolio of 29 skincare products, most of which are based on natural vegan ingredients from the Nordics and the northern hemisphere, with the highest quality to ensure unique and effective products. All products in the Seidr family have been designed and manufactured with about 10x more active ingredients than traditional cosmetics.
