The annual general meeting of Cyviz AS, org. no 965 451 129 will be held on 21 May 2026 at 10:00. The general meeting will be held electronically via Teams.

The notice of the annual general meeting is enclosed and will also be made available at Investor Relations - Cyviz.

Attendance at the general meeting, either virtually or by proxy, must be registered within 19 May 2026 at 16:00 CEST. This also applies to owners of trustee-registered shares who wish to participate. Power of attorney form is attached to the notice as Appendix 1.
