Cyviz today publishes its financial results for the third quarter of 2025. Q3 performance was influenced by project timing, with two key customer projects shifting into Q4, which impacted revenue and EBITDA for the quarter.
Underlying business activity remained strong across core markets, with solid order intake and continued growth in the company’s Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
Key highlights for Q3 2025
- Order intake of NOK 242.6 million, compared to NOK 192.4 million in Q3 2024
- Order backlog of NOK 424.1 million, up from NOK 374.9 million in Q3 2024
- Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of NOK 67.5 million, up 38% YTD
- Revenue of NOK 95 million, compared to NOK 160.1 million in Q3 2024
- Gross profit of NOK 69.2 million, compared to 77.3 million in Q3 2024
- EBITDA of NOK 2.3 million, compared to NOK 9.1 million in Q3 2024
Cyviz continued to progress on its strategic priorities, including scaling its software subscription base and converting large global customers to its cloud-based Cyviz Software Management Platform. Several major accounts are expected to complete their migration by year-end, with the full ARR impact anticipated from 2026 onwards.
“Our strategic initiatives continue to advance according to plan. ARR development remained strong, and the onboarding and migration of some of our largest global customers to our new SaaS-based Software Management Platform are progressing well. This reflects the early impact of our transition toward a more software- and subscription-driven business model,” says Espen Gylvik, CEO of Cyviz.
Demand remained robust in Europe and the US, driven by intense activity in the defense and energy sectors. The defense market, particularly across NATO-aligned countries, continues to strengthen and is expected to become one of Cyviz’ largest verticals, as reflected in substantial growth in order intake for the quarter.
Cyviz maintains its long-term strategy focused on scaling its core technology and software platform through a global partner ecosystem.
