Company Announcement No. 23/2025, Change in the Board of Directors of Dataproces Group A/S

As mentioned in the company announcement regarding inside information issued on 29 October, Kasper Lund Nødgaard has resigned as an employee representative from the Board of Directors. In Kasper's place, Kristoffer Nørbo Schøn has taken over by virtue of his role as an alternate member of the board.

Kristoffer Nørbo Schøn holds an MSc in Economics. from Aalborg University (2018) and has been part of Dataproces since January 2022. Kristoffer has a strong professional background in economics, data analysis and market understanding and combines this with a strategic approach to product development and innovation. As team leader for KØS, Kristoffer is responsible for ensuring that Dataproces' KØS product portfolio remains competitive. Kristoffer works purposefully with market research, product strategy and the development of new solutions that meet the needs of the municipalities.
