Company announcement no. 6/2022 - inside information: Transactions of senior executives
In accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, Dataproces Group A/S has received the following notification of transactions by senior executives and/or their closely related parties.
On 17 February 2024, Ulstrup Invest ApS, which is related to Board member Mikkel Ulstrup of Dataproces Group A/S, acquired 1,883,408 shares in Dataproces Group A/S in connection with a capital increase via debt conversion, at a price of 2.23 corresponding to DKK 4,200,000 in total.
