Investor news no. 61/2024: Dataproces is phasing out the REVIEW software solution.
Dataproces is phasing out the REVIEW software solution. Over several years, the solution has been used by a number of Danish municipalities for e.g. handling of document access cases, retrieval and deletion of sensitive information, etc.
Dataproces' CEO Michael Binderup states:
In Dataproces, we have worked purposefully for the past year and a half to focus the company's strategy and business operations. Our core area is the optimization of finances and processes linked to financial management in the municipalities. REVIEW does not fit into this strategy, so we are therefore pooling our efforts on what we do best, so that Dataproces can continue the great progress we have experienced in the past few years.
The phasing out does not change the announced guidance, as REVIEW will be in operation throughout the 2024/25 financial year and our revenue from REVIEW amounts to approx. 3% of our total turnover. The decision will also not affect the operating result going forward, since an adjustment of the costs will be made at the same time as the phasing out.
