Investor news no. 8/2025:
The board of directors of Dataproces Group A/S has discussed the next development phase for Dataproces and is therefore adjusting the strategy for the coming years.
CEO, Michael Binderup, says:
"Last week we adjusted our expectations for the result for this financial year. The adjustment shows that our business has become strong and profitable with high profit margins and continued great opportunities for growth in the domestic market, which is Danish municipalities.
However, the company's ambitions are high and therefore the board of directors wanted to look forward to the next phase in the company's development. Therefore, in the coming time, we will investigate the possibilities for strategic partnerships and acquisitions, with the aim of being able to offer customers new and even stronger products.
At the same time, we are starting to look at the possibilities of selling our solutions to municipalities in Sweden. The 290 Swedish municipalities are similar to the Danish ones when it comes to legislation, financing system, etc. Therefore, we believe that it is a good place to gain experience with international expansion. Now we need to start doing thorough preparatory work and possibly find a partner that is already established in Sweden. We therefore expect to begin actual customer meetings in Sweden next year.”
