Company Announcement No. 22/2025: Registration of capital increase through issuance of 2,787,313 new shares has been completed
With reference to company announcement no. 20 of October 17th 2025 regarding the contemplated capital increase, where Eiffel Investment Group through a directed share issue acquires 2,787,313 new shares at a price of DKK 6.70 per share from Dataproces Group A/S, this has now been registered with the Danish Business Authority. The capital increase has thus been finally completed.
The share capital now amounts to nominally DKK 742,144.82 divided into 37,107,241 shares at a nominal value of DKK 0.02 per share.
