Pursuant to Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, Dataproces Group A/S has received the following notification concerning transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and/or persons closely associated with them.
Ulstrup Invest ApS, a person closely associated with Mikkel Ulstrup, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dataproces Group A/S, purchased a total of 24,769 shares in Dataproces Group A/S on 12th of October 2026 at a volume-weighted average price of DKK 4.069 per share, corresponding to a total purchase price of DKK 100,784.
