Company announcement no. 21/2025: Ulstrup Invest maintains its ownership stake of 10 per cent
Managers' transactions
In continuation of the capital increase mentioned in company announcement no. 19/2025, Ulstrup Invest ApS v/Mikkel Ulstrup has wished to maintain its 10 per cent ownership share and purchases therfore 250,000 shares (corresponding to DKK 1,675,000) from K. Jensen ApS v/Kjartan Jensen, one of the company's founders. The trade will be completed at a price of 6.70, which reflects the market price for the past week.
