In accordance with the EU’s Market Abuse Regulation article 19, Digizuite A/S must notify Finanstilsynet and publicly disclose transactions made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them on trading of Digizuite A/S shares.
Digizuite A/S hereby notify and submit the following transaction of shares in Digizuite A/S:
ASEO Invest IT ApS, closely associated with Søren Skovbølling, Chairman of the Board in Digizuite A/S and Annette Lang Skovbølling, Board member in Digizuite A/S, has bought shares in Digizuite on 12 July 2023: 500 shares at an average price of DKK 8,55, corresponding to DKK 4.275 in total.
