Inside information: Changes in Duell’s Management Team

Duell Corporation’s Supply Chain Director and member of the Management Team, Jukka Smolander, has resigned from the company. Smolander will continue in his current position until October 2026.

Hannu Holopainen has been appointed to Duell’s Supply Chain Director and member of the Management Team starting 21 October 2026.

Hannu Holopainen joins Duell from Hiab, where he has worked as Director, S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning). Hannu has more than 25 years of solid international experience in the strategic and practical management of supply chains, logistics, and operations. During his career, he has held demanding leadership positions at companies including FläktGroup, Nokia, and Maskun Kalustetalo.

During his career, Hannu has successfully led several major business transformation and efficiency improvement initiatives, global supply chain changes, and the modernization of S&OP processes. He brings strong evidence of change management, process performance improvement, and the optimisation of operational efficiency in complex international environments. Hannu Holopainen holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration.
