Company announcement no. 82 – 2025 |Copenhagen, the 9th of April 2025
The current CFO of FOM Technologies Mona Syed has informed the company that she wishes to hand over the baton to a new CFO with stronger accounting skills. The company is thus beginning the process of finding a new CFO.
In connection with the annual report for 2024 and the annual general meeting just held on Monday, April 7, 2024, the board of executives and Mona Syed have evaluated the process and the accounting requirements for the future financial reporting for the company and the company's subsidiaries.
By mutual agreement, the parties have agreed that Mona Syed will resign from her position in the company at the end of May, and the company has thus initiated a process of finding a new CFO.
