FOM Technologies has received an order for advanced equipment from a customer in a new industrial application area that the company has not previously served.

As previously announced, the company has had a strong strategic focus on building sales into new application areas. After extensive dialogue and pre-testing of FOM's technology, an international customer has chosen to place an order for advanced equipment from FOM Technologies for immediate delivery.

For competitive reasons, FOM Technologies and the customer do not wish to disclose either the application area or the geographical location of the customer relationship.

This is an order at or above the level at which FOM has usually announced order intake since the company's listing.

This order is no guarantee of further orders for the same customer, nor is it a guarantee of orders for other customers within similar industrial application areas.

This investor news does not change the previously announced guidance for 2026.
