Investor news no. 52 – 2025 |Copenhagen, the 11th of August 2025

FOM Technologies has secured a pivotal contract with the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) to supply our flagship solution for slot-die coating equipment to support hydrogen fuel cell and electrolyzer research.

We are proud to announce that the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) has awarded us a significant contract to deliver a large sheet-to-sheet slot-die coater. This advanced equipment will play a vital role in the NRC's research on fuel cells and electrolyzers, particularly in the fabrication of Membrane Electrode Assemblies (MEA) — a critical component in the advancement of clean hydrogen energy.

The selection of FOM Technologies strengthens our North American expansion, confirms the company’s strategic focus on North America and positions FOM Technologies as a key supplier in the growing hydrogen energy sector. With the global hydrogen market projected to exceed $300 billion by 2030, we are scaling rapidly to support the industry’s transition toward sustainable energy.

Martin Kiener, CEO of FOM Inc., commented on the achievement: "This contract validates our role as the go-to partner for high-precision energy research. As investments in clean energy — particularly hydrogen — continue to grow, we anticipate sustained demand for our solutions in North America."

Information about NRC and their research can be found here: https://nrc.canada.ca/en

FOM Technologies will publish our H1 2025 report on Thursday, August 14th, 2025.
