Short update regarding media coverage.
The company became aware this evening that its American subsidiary, FOM Technologies Inc., has been mentioned in some media reports as a defendant in a dispute between two external parties.
To prevent market rumors, we wish to clarify that neither FOM Technologies A/S nor any of its subsidiaries have been formally served with a lawsuit as of today's date. Furthermore, the company is not aware of being a party to any form of legal dispute.
The company is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding this media coverage and will update the market as soon as there is further clarification.
