Reference is made to previous announcements by AINMT ASA (formerly ICE Group ASA, hereinafter the "Company") regarding the dispute between the Company’s subsidiary AINMT Holdings AB and GoldenTree. The dispute between AINMT Holdings AB and GoldenTree has been discontinued by mutual agreement between the parties and the scheduled court proceedings have been cancelled.
As a consequence of the sale of Ice’s telecommunications business to Lyse AS (“Lyse”), the group CEO of Ice Group, Eivind Helgaker, along with the rest of the management team, will join Lyse. The Board of the Company has appointed Ola Beinnes Fosse as acting CEO to oversee the remaining operations of AINMT ASA and carry out the CEO functions of AINMT ASA while employed by Lyse.
