Record and payment dates for Kreate Group Plc’s second dividend instalment for the financial year 2025

The Annual General Meeting of Kreate Group Plc held on 26 March 2026 resolved that, based on the balance sheet adopted for the financial year 2025, a dividend of EUR 0.60 per share be paid on shares held outside the company at the time of dividend distribution. The Annual General Meeting also resolved that the dividend be paid in two instalments. The first instalment of EUR 0.30 per share was paid on 8 April 2026. The Annual General Meeting resolved that the second instalment be paid in October 2026 and that Kreate Group Plc’s Board of Directors decide on the record date and payment date for the second dividend instalment at its meeting in September.
On 22 September 2026, the Board of Directors resolved, in accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting, that the second dividend instalment of EUR 0.30 per share be paid on 1 October 2026. The ex-dividend date for the second instalment is 23 September 2026, and the record date is 24 September 2026.
