Nomination Committee appointed ahead of Lime Technologies’ 2027 Annual General Meeting

Lime Technologies AB (publ)’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 22 April 2027. The Nomination Committee has now been appointed in accordance with the principles adopted at the 2020 Annual General Meeting, which apply until the General Meeting resolves otherwise.
The Nomination Committee consists of the following members:
Josef Weidman, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, representing Aktiebolaget Grenspecialisten
Erik Syrén, Chairman of the Board, representing Syringa Capital AB
Johanna Ahlqvist, representing Cliens Kapitalförvaltning AB
As of 31 August 2026, the above Nomination Committee represented 27 per cent of the votes in Lime Technologies AB (publ).
The Nomination Committee will prepare proposals for the 2027 Annual General Meeting regarding, among other things, the Chairman of the Meeting, members of the Board of Directors, the Chairman of the Board, Board remuneration, auditors, auditor fees, as well as the composition and tasks of the Nomination Committee ahead of the 2028 Annual General Meeting.
Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee may do so by e-mail to valberedning@lime.tech. The final date for submitting proposals to the Nomination Committee ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting is 4 March 2027.
The Nomination Committee’s proposals will be presented in the notice of the 2027 Annual General Meeting and on the company’s website.
