On 14 October 2024, Magnora's Board of Directors authorized a payment of 0.187 per share.
Since June 2023, Magnora's sound financial position and cashflow have allowed for capital distribution. The size of the cash distribution will be considered each quarter.
On 14 October, the Board of Directors held a board meeting to authorize cash distribution. The Board authorized a payment of 0.187 per share. The cash distribution is based on the Company's annual accounts for 2023 and authorization from the AGM held on 23 April 2024. The cash distribution is a repayment of paid-in capital in excess of the par value of the Magnora share.

Magnora’s substantial reserve of cash and extensive loan facilities remain sufficient to invest in new growth opportunities and continue to grow our business organically. Magnora will also continue to return capital from project sales, farm-downs in key assets, and the receipt of milestone and earnout payments.
