Morten Strømgren, SVP Ownership and Investments in Magnora ASA, has purchased
2,500 shares in Magnora ASA today 17 June 2025 at an average price of NOK 23.85
per share.

Following this acquisition, Morten Strømgren controls 6,500 shares in Magnora
ASA, which equals 0.01 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company.
