Monsenso A/S announced today that the Company´s share capital had been increased by nominally DKK 13,555.30 due to the exercise of warrant programs.
The capital increase is subscribed in cash at a price per share of DKK 0.10 – DKK 0.30 depending on the program, without pre-emptive rights for the company's existing shareholders or others. Proceeds for the company amount to DKK 21,333.00. The capital increase corresponds to 0.20 % of the company's previous share capital.
The new shares are ordinary without special rights and freely transferable negotiable instruments. The new shares are entitled to dividends and other rights in the company from the time of registration of the capital increase. The new shares will be admitted to listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark as soon as possible after registration with the Danish Business Authority.
Monsenso's current share capital amounts to a nominal DKK 6,650,462.90 divided into 66,504,629 shares of DKK 0.10. The capital increase is expected to be completed soon, and after registration the following is expected:
