Company announcement  nr. 87-2023 - Rights issue completed

ODICO A/S (“Odico” or the “Company”) announced the 27^th of November 2023 that a technical delay occurred in the process of the capital increase and therefor a delay in the first day of trading in connection with the rights issue (“Rights Issue” or the “Issue”).

The registration of the capital increase with the Danish Business Authority, in relation to the Rights Issue, has been completed today the 29^th of November 2023. The Company has registered an increase in the share capital of 527,916.40 DKK, corresponding to 10,558,328 shares of nominally 0.05 DKK per share. The Company’s share capital has increased from nominally 911,096.30 DKK to nominally 1,439,012.70 DKK, corresponding to an increase in shares from 18,221,926 shares to 28,780,254 shares.

The new shares are identical to the Company’s existing shares and admitted to trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark under the ticker [ODICO]. The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading under the permanent ISIN code DK0061031036 on 5^th of December 2023.
