ODICO A/S (“Odico” or “the Company”) due to additional interest from both existing and new investors, has changed the mix of pre-subscribers. The pre-subscription amount remains at 930,000 DKK, but now includes one new investor and increased amounts from an existing pre-subscriber.
Company Announcement no. 82-2023
At the time of the announcement, the Company received pre-subscription commitments totaling 930,000 DKK. While the pre-subscription amounts remain unchanged, additional interest from existing and new pre-subscribers has led SØNDERGAARD-MAIER HOLDING ApS to reduce its contribution from 800,000 DKK to 600,000 DKK. This adjustment accommodates the new interest. The CFO of Odico, Claus Henningsen, has raised his pre-subscription by 100,000 DKK, bringing his total pre-subscription to 200,000 DKK. Furthermore, a new pre-subscriber, Henrik Stork, who is closely associated with the company's management, has committed to a pre-subscription of 100,000 DKK
