ODICO A/S (“Odico” or “the Company”) announced on 31 October 2023 its rights issue of shares with pre-emptive rights for existing shareholders (“Rights Issue” or “the Issue”) with a price of 0.76 DKK per new share.

On Tuesday 7 November, the subscription period for Odicos Rights Issue started, and the dedicated landing page of the transaction is now live. The subscription period will continue until Monday 20 November, during which Odico welcomes both existing and new shareholders to participate in the Issue.
