Company announcement 25/2022 - Herning, Denmark, 30 December 2022 - Re-Match Holding A/S ("Re-Match" and “the company”), a pioneer within sustainable recycling of artificial turf, announces the resignation of board member, Ulrik Lundsfryd.
As of today, Ulrik Lundsfryd has, as planned, resigned from the Board of Directors of Re-Match Holding A/S.
The Board of Directors agrees with the decision and thanks Ulrik for his dedication to Re-Match over the last 7 years, where he has been a key part of the early establishment phase.
With the recent operationalization of the Dutch factory and ordering of the French factory, Re-Match has, during Q4, engaged in a process to adjust the competence and skills level of the Board to ensure compatibility with the next international growth phase of the company and expect to announce the outcome of this process in Q1 2023.
