Company announcement no. 70 - this message contains inside information
In continuation of the company announcement of June 25, 2024 about Seluxit A/S' filing for bankruptcy, the Bankruptcy Court in Aalborg ("the Bankruptcy Court") has today at 11.12 am issued a bankruptcy order against Seluxit A/S.
The Bankruptcy Court has appointed trustee Anders Braad, a lawyer at Haugaard|Braad Advokatpartnerselskab. Seluxit's management and board of directors have resigned today for the same reason.
The bankruptcy decree is expected to be published in the Danish Official Gazette (Statstidende.dk) as soon as possible.
The trustee will form an overview of Seluxit's assets and liabilities. Creditors and anyone who has a claim or other claim against Seluxit must follow the instructions that will appear in the Bankruptcy Court's notice in the Official Gazette.
As regards questions from Seluxit's investors, the trustee will issue a separate company announcement with additional information about the process going forward.
