With reference to the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 25 January 2023, SPENN Technology A/S and OTC Markets Group invite you to learn more about the US OTC marketplace.

The EGM is called with an intention to perform a 100-to-1 reverse stock split of the SPENN share. This implies that 100 SPENN shares are comprised into 1 new SPENN share. Consequently, following the reverse share split, 1 “new” SPENN share will be worth 100 times more.
“A higher valuation per share will enable SPENN to be listed at the OTC main list in New York, which is likely to increase liquidity of the share,” explains Jens Glaso, CEO of SPENN Technology.
After the conclusion of the EGM, representatives from OTC Markets Group will give an introduction to the OTC market in the US. This is an excellent opportunity to gain more insight into this marketplace.
