Garantia guaranteed Multi-Issuer Bond series continues with fifth issue, sized at EUR 62.5 million
Four Finnish companies are issuing a EUR 62.5 million 5-year multi-issuer bond guaranteed by Garantia Insurance Company. The bond was priced on the markets today 4 April 2025 and will be issued 11 April 2025. The fixed coupon rate of the bond is 3.687 per cent and the issue price is 100.00 per cent.
The issuers are Aspo Oyj, Sarlin Group Oy Ab, Suur-Savon Sähkö Oy and Tenetor Oy Ab. The allocated loan shares of the companies range between 7.5 and 20 million euros. The issue in question is already the fifth Garantia guaranteed multi-issuer bond for mid-market companies. The earlier ones were issued in 2013, 2014, 2018 and 2019. Altogether, the loan issues have gathered EUR 296.5 million worth of funding for Finnish companies.
Garantia’s Multi-Issuer Bond offers mid-sized companies an easy and cost-effective access to the bond market. For debt investors, the bond provides an opportunity to invest in mid-sized Finnish companies with the backing of Garantia’s strong credit rating. Garantia has an A- credit rating with stable outlook from S&P Global Ratings.
“In addition to the easy issue process, our Multi-Issuer Bond product provides our customers access to capital market financing on favourable terms,” says Henrik Allonen, CEO at Garantia.
Garantia guarantees the payment of the principal and interest coupons of the entire issue in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bond. The offering was sold to institutional and other professional investors.
