Aprila Bank ASA: Divestment of non-performing loans

Aprila Bank ASA has entered into an agreement with Intrum Capital AS to divest a portfolio of non-performing loans with a total gross carrying amount of around NOK 28 million as of 2 November 2023. The date for the completion of the transaction will be 2 November 2023. The transaction implies a positive effect of around NOK 1.6 million on the bank’s pre-tax profit in November 2023.
