Share capital increase by monetary contribution related to exercise of options to subscribe for 250,022 shares and resolution to increase the share capital dated 14 December 2023 has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
The share options are exercised in accordance with the terms of the companys stock option plan.
Following the issuance of the new shares, the share capital of Aprila Bank ASA is NOK 66,068,674 divided into 66,068,674 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1 and representing one vote at the Company's general meetings.
