OSLO – Dec 23,2022 – Carbon Circle Holding AS (CCH) and Ocean GeoLoop AS (OGL) has entered into a non-exclusive frame agreement for delivery of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services, related to OGL’s propriety carbon capture technology.

Both Odd-Geir Lademo, the CEO of OGL and CEO Aslak Hjelde of CCH express the importance of this agreement for the two companies.

OGL’s technology is currently being piloted at Norske Skog’s factory in Skogn – Trøndelag. The company’s end of pipe solution is easily integrated with the customer, connecting directly into the flue gas stack. This low complexity provides large savings compared to other carbon capture solutions. The robust process is designed to handle all flue gasses with minimal needs for special adoptions.
