Oslo November 13, 2023 Green Transition Holding (“GTH”) is pleased to announce private placements in its subsidiary companies, Carbon Circle and Varme Energy Canada
Varme Energy Canada finalized an equity investment from Finnish consulting and engineering company Elomatic. Elomatics investment, as part of Elomatics extensive program to provide industrial and regional benefits to Canada, will help accelerate Varmes growth and further advance the companys growing portfolio of projects in Alberta.
Following the transaction, GTH owns 75.9% of the shares in Varme Energy Canada, through GTHs wholly owned subsidiary Varme Energy AS.
Carbon Circle AS has secured a multi-million-pound equity investment from Amplus Energy Services Ltd. in the UK. Carbon Circle is already established in the Norwegian carbon capture sector and the new entity Carbon Circle UK is poised to drive the emerging carbon capture market in the UK.
Following the transaction, GTH owns 74.0% of the shares in Carbon Circle Holding AS
