25 August 2023: Reference is made to the announcement made on 8 August 2023 regarding the compulsory acquisition of all shares in Heroic Group AS ("Heroic") not already owned by Krow Bidco AS (the "Offeror"). 

An extraordinary general meeting of Heroic has resolved to apply for deregistration of the shares of Heroic from Euronext NOTC. Accordingly, Heroic will apply for a deregistration of its shares as soon as possible.
