The board of directors in Heroic Group AS ("Heroic" or the "Company") has decided to terminate the employment relationship with the Company's CEO, Mr. Joachim Haraldsen. Ms. Memnia Papadoupoulou has been hired to replace Mr. Haraldsen as new/interim CEO following his termination. The board of directors will initiate a succession for the CEO position.

Furthermore, with reference to the extraordinary general meeting held on 21 July 2023, where Ms. Memnia Papadoupoulou and Mr. Michalis Neokleous were elected as new board members, the board has decided that Ms. Memnia Papadoupoulou shall act as the board's chairperson.
